Words from her nominator:
"As I consider all the great employees of our hospital, and how they have all demonstrated our Hospital’s values, the selecting of one particular person could be difficult. Many have stretched themselves thin, pushing themselves to be there for the people here who need them. Carrying loads they didn’t exactly sign up to carry. But still, they continue doing it every day. This hospital, in the midst of this pandemic, has been held together by the people who refuse to quit. By the selfless, the dedicated, the diligent, which makes the selection of our employee of the quarter hard. But this person, exemplifies leadership, professionalism, and teamwork, as she fills in the gaps, like glue, holding it all together. While dealing with the added stresses of our new normal, she maintains an attitude of respect and compassion for the staff and the patients. She offers her time to help our staff, and works with staff in order to prevent burnout wherever possible. "
